The Privacy Policy is provided only for the site indicated above and not for other websites accessed by the user by a link.

The Privacy Policy is also based on Recommendation No. 2/2001 that the European data protection authorities, at their plenary session of the Group established by Article 29 of Directive No. 95/46/EC, adopted on the 17th May 2001. This was to identify specific minimum requirements for the collection of personal data online, and, in particular, the modalities, timing and nature of the Privacy Policy that data controllers must provide to users when they connect to web pages, regardless of the purpose of the link.

THE DATA CONTROLLER

As a result of visiting this website, data relating to identified or identifiable persons may be processed.

The data controller is Greentechnology s.r.l. Società Unipersonale

In the event that we use external parties for the processing of data on our behalf, they will be appointed Data Processors as required by Article 28 of EU Regulation 2016/679.

No data deriving from the website will be disclosed or disseminated. However, Internet providers will receive user browsing data as they are necessary to carry out their business, while companies providing service and maintenance services on the computer systems may come into contact with user data during systems maintenance.

TYPES OF DATA PROCESSED

Website traffic data

The IT systems and software procedures provided to operate this web site acquire, during their normal operation, certain personal data which are implicitly transmitted when using the Internet communication protocols.

This information will not be collected to be associated with identified data subjects, but by their very nature could, through processing and association with data held by third parties, allow users to be identified.

This category of data includes: IP addresses or domain names of hosts used by users connecting to the site; Uniform Resource Identifier (URI) notation addresses of the requests; the time of the request; the method used to submit the request to the server; the size of the file obtained in response; the numeric code indicating the status of the response given by the server ( success, error, etc); and other parameters related to the operating system, the browser (fingerprint) and the computer environment of the user.

The data (log-files, traffic data) may be used to determine liability in potential computer crimes against the site, and for the same reason may be stored by the ISP (Internet Service Provider).

Sending e-mails through contacts shown on the appropriate page

The email address collected in this way will be used to respond to requests sent to us. The simple act of sending an email to contact us will not imply that You have subscribed to mailing lists to send advertising material. For the processing in question, it is not necessary to obtain Your prior consent since responding to requests sent to us is a legitimate interest of the Data Controller.

Processing the data requested is therefore optional but necessary for the formalization of Your request: if You refuse to provide such data, Greentechnology s.r.l. Società Unipersonale will not be able to consider Your request.

Failure to provide these may make it impossible to meet Your request.

PROCESSING MODALITIES

Apart from navigation data processed by the ISP as independent data controller, personal data will be processed using automated tools by specifically authorized internal personnel. In the event that external parties are used to carry out a processing activity on our behalf, they will be appointed Data Processors as provided for by Article 28 of the Regulation.
